Press with heavy degrees y pressure 265 degrees for 10 seconds- we wipe down with a dry cloth then gently peel- press a second time at 265 degrees for 10 seconds.

We do not guarantee the color of your image to be exactly the same color on your computer or phone screen as they are not calibrated the same as our printer - we do get as close as possible.   We do NOT offer any refund and will only replace prints that have issues caused by our printer.
